1. Acceptance of Terms

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one pldt77 account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. • KYC Verification: pldt77 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Updates: You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in account suspension.

4. User Conduct

By using the pldt77 Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations and to refrain from the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or abuse any game, promotion, or system on the Platform, including through the use of bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence tools.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any financial crime. pldt77 complies with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements and will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or pldt77 staff through any communication channel.
• Circumventing any security, access control, or geographic restriction measures implemented by pldt77.

pldt77 reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of these conduct rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, termination, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pldt77 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: pldt77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Available methods may change from time to time.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal Requirements: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for deposits. pldt77 reserves the right to require KYC verification before processing any withdrawal.

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or system errors beyond pldt77's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any reliance on information or content provided on the Platform.
